Das Stockholm-Projekt
Aus der intensiven Ausstellungstätigkeit mit eingeladenen Künstlern im Rahmen un-seres Kunstprojektes montanaberlin ist eine neue künstlerische Zusammenarbeit der Mitglieder entstanden, die wir mittlerweile in anderen Institutionen zeigen. In En-vironments und raumbezogenen Ausstellungssituationen spielen wir mit den Grenz-en von autonomen Positionen und dialogischer Symbiose. Anders als in Ausstellung-en üblich gehen wir einen grenzgängerischen Dialog unserer Arbeiten ein, der sie in immer neuen Wegen miteinander verschmelzen lässt und gleichzeitg deren Autoren-schaft bewahrt.
Nachdem wir dieses Jahr mit dem Gemeinschaftsprojekt mindscape erstmalig auf einem Kunstfestival in Köln eingeladen waren (ARTRMX Cologne, Vol I, "where is my mind?") ist auch die schwedische Projektgalerie studio 44 auf uns aufmerksam ge-worden und lud uns ein, 2009 ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt in ihrer Galerie zu realisie-ren.
Unser Vorhaben umfasst die `in situ´ Situation in Stockholm gleichermaßen wie die künstlerischen Themen, an denen wir aktuell arbeiten. Wir setzen Medien, Materia-lien, Entwürf-e und mitgebrachte künstlerische Arbeiten vor Ort so ein, das ein spezi-fisches "Stockholm Projekt" entsteht und nur dort entstehen kann.
So wie in in `mindscape´ die Landschaft das Schwerpunktthema war, nehmen wir die Ausstellung im Norden zum Anlass, um Tag und Nacht, Licht und Schatten, schwarz und weiss zum Schnittpunkt unserer gemeinsamen Arbeit zu machen. Mit diesem environment stellen wir nicht nur unsere Arbeit vor, sondern schaffen eine Ausstellung, die mit der Verknüpfung mehrerer künstlerischer Welten eine neue, aufregende Formensprache ausbilden kann.

the stockholm project
Based on our intensive curatorical practice in our projectgallery montanaberlin we created a new artistic collaboration with our work. Invited as an artist group, we ex-perience in en-vironments and other site specific solutions at the borders of auto-nomous positions and symbiotic dialogues. Different from the usual presentation of exhibitions we walk a borderline dialogue between our works along fusion and auto-nomie of artistic positions, touching themes like self-assertion and disintegration. We play with the possibility to connect our singular positions to develop another ex-citing grammar of forms.
After the show of our joint project mindscape this year at the artfestival of the art as-sociation ARTRMX in Cologne (ARTRMX Cologne, Vol I, where is my mind? ) we have the pleasure to be invited by studio44 in Stockholm to realize a new project. With our specific approach containing painting, site specific installation / wallpainting photography and animations we travel to Stockholm to react `in situ´. Every step for-ward in this group work is as well a step forward in our individual work. We assemble different medias, drafts, materials and solitary artistic works as a blueprint for the specific "Stockholm Project", which only can be realized there. According to our en-vironment in cologne, where we have chosen the landscape subject as the focal point, in this exhibition we focus on the contrasts of day and night, light and shadow, black and white & in its widest sense it will be a work about light, of darkness and its illumination.
